In a fitness world that doesn't have good solutions for many people 50+ in age we've developed our own doctor-recommended, results-proven training system for improving full body strength without killing your joints, developing stamina that's good for you heart and lungs,  and improving your overall sense of confidence, balance, and wellness.

How to Get Started

1. Let's have a call. On a phone call, we'll learn more about you, your goals, and go over details of our programs to ensure it's a good fit for you and that it makes sense for you to come in for a consultation.

2. In-Person Consultation and Assessment. Once you come in for an in-studio visit, we will assess your joint health and flexibility, review any aches, pains, health concerns, or limitations you do or don't have, and then do a basic strength assessment. All these things will ensure we provide the most personzlied, appropriate level of fitness programming that you need and deserve to change your life through our program.

3. A Starter program. Once you''ve completed your initial assessment with us, this will put our team in a position to customize a program for you. We generally recommend we start with a 6-week starter program where we work with you individually for 2-3 sessions weekly.
