- As you've probably already seen, we specialize in age 50+ fitness and personal training here. All our professionals have more education and expertise via the Functional Aging Institute versus other fitness trainers you may find in the area.
- We are not a big gym where people just come and go without any sort of guidance. Rather, we are a professional service working directly with each individual every time they come in.
- We are private studio that requires appointments with every client and holds our clients accountable to showing up so that they can achieve their goals. We don't have more than 5 clients in our studio at a time.

We offer customized, personal training programs that meet your goals and individual needs. All major studies and the most recent literature show that strength training, specifically functional strength training, is the best long-term solution for folks 50+ in age. We don't use the machines you see at the gym as those do not provide the full benefit of our free weight, band, and bodyweight focused expertise in exercise selections.
