  • As you've probably already seen, we specialize in age 50+ fitness and personal training here. All our professionals have more education and expertise via the Functional Aging Institute versus other fitness trainers you may find in the area. 
  • We are not a big gym where people just come and go without any sort of guidance. Rather, we are a professional service working directly with each individual every time they come in. 
  • We are private studio that requires appointments with every client and holds our clients accountable to showing up so that they can achieve their goals. We don't have more than 5 clients in our studio at a time. 
  • Lastly, but most importantly, we guarantee our clients will make improvements after just 6 weeks in our program.

We don't use the machines you see at the gym as those do not provide the full benefit of our free weight, band, and bodyweight focused expertise in exercise selections. 

Whether you've been a lifelong fitness enthusiast, coming off a surgery, or you've never exercised in your life, we listen, assess, and then create an expert fitness program that goes easy on your joints while getting your stronger and in better shape for life!

Again, we are a professional service providing you oversight and guidance every time we see you. If you've never worked with a personal trainer you may not understand the difference between us and the gym so here's an example: You can invest your own money and manage it in the stock market or you can utilize the expertise of a Financial Advisor who is there to help you get the long term results you're looking for. Same goes for us. If you want to enjoy hobbies, retirement, and look and feel your best, the investment with us will be worth it.

We provide Personal training in a small group format. There's 1-4 other people in the studio at the same time as you but you are doing your own routine and getting all the demonstration, support, and guidance you'll need to do things correctly and safely.
